Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you may return it under the conditions listed below:
Deadlines
Return period: 14 calendar days from the date the products came into your possession.
Period for refunding the value of the returned products: 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products you returned to us.
Applicability
The right of withdrawal/return applies only to individual buyers. Buyers who use the products for professional purposes, commercial enterprises, authorized individuals, sole proprietorships, family businesses, or similar do not benefit from this right.
How to return?
You inform us of your decision to return by email or phone.
You will receive a return form from us. In this form, you provide information about the products you wish to return, as well as the bank and bank account to which the value of the returned products will be refunded.
Package the products to be returned together with the return form in a package. Please package the products in a way that protects them from external influences during transport.
Send the package to us via a courier service.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipping are at your expense.
Important: Please do not send returned products to us by cash on delivery, as we do not accept this. Refunds are made via bank transfer after we have inspected the condition of the returned products.
Refunding the value of the returned products
The refundable amounts include only the amounts you have paid and include:
The value of the products you paid at the initial order.
Refund period: 14 calendar days from the date we take possession of the returned products.
Refund method:
- for orders paid by online card: by refunding to the account from which the payment was made
- for orders paid by cash on delivery or by bank, post, or bank transfer, to the account specified in the return form
Exceptions to returns and refunds
Products you return must be in the same condition you received them.
We reserve the right to not accept the return or to make a partial refund of the product value if the products:
- are damaged, show signs of wear or excessive use or abuse, scratches, chips, impacts, or mechanical/electrical shocks
- have damaged or incomplete packaging
- are missing accessories, components, or documents (including those that were included in the delivery).
- were delivered along with gift items, and these are missing in the return package
- were part of a special order (a special order is one that does not belong to the usual stock of the seller but can be delivered based on a firm order and payment of a deposit).
- were custom-made or specially made for you at your request.
Legal basis for return
According to Article 9 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 of June 4, 2014, on consumer rights in contracts with traders: “The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the business premises without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring costs other than those provided in Art. 13 (3) and Art. 14.”
